What a profile is
A profile is a record of public statements: what was said, where it was published, when we found it, the price available at the time and what happened after the event. Nothing on it is an opinion of ours about you, and nothing on it is advice to anyone else. Numbers carry their sample size, their window and the version of the method that produced them.
What you can do, without asking us
Download the full record of your own picks as CSV from your page — the same file the site itself is built from.
Embed the card from your page on your own site. It is an image and a link; it carries no script and sets no cookie, and it updates when new picks are settled.
Send a comment to be published next to your numbers. A comment confirmed from a channel or an address in your profile is published word for word and is not edited by us.
What you can require of us
Correct a factual error. Send what is wrong and what it should be; a confirmed error is corrected within 48 hours and the change is listed publicly in the corrections log, with the old value and the new one.
Have your name removed. On a confirmed request from the owner of the identity, the name is withdrawn within 72 hours and the page continues under a number. The measurements themselves stay, because they are a record of public statements, but nothing on the page names you.
Have a quotation removed. A rights holder's request to remove a specific quotation is executed; the record of the pick remains, the quoted text does not.
How we confirm it is you
One of two ways, and we do not ask for a document: a post or a message from a channel already listed in the profile, or an email from an address published on that channel. Confirmation gives you the right of reply and the right to have your name removed. It does not give anyone the right to change history, ours or theirs.
What this is not
Claiming a profile is not a partnership, does not cost anything and does not change any number. There is nothing to buy here, and no place in any ranking is for sale: the order of every table is computed before any commission is known.

Deadlines run from receipt. A disputed record is suspended automatically if the check is not finished in time; suspension is not the same as a finished check.
